Brush your teeth twice a day for 2-3 minutes. Spit out the toothpaste after brushing, but do not rinse with water so that the active ingredients can work on your teeth and gums for longer.

No. Just spit it out. By not rinsing, the active ingredients remain in the mouth longer and can optimally protect the gums.
