The protection of your personal data during your visit to our homepage is very important to us. We protect your data in accordance with the statutory provisions of the EU DSGVO (coming into force 25 May 2018), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the Law on the Protection of Personal Data of Citizens (Data Protection Act Saxony-Anhalt – DSG LSA) and the Telemedia Act (TMG).

If you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, if applicable your name and your telephone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. We delete the data arising in this context after the storage is no longer necessary, or limit the processing if statutory retention obligations exist.


If we use contracted service providers for individual functions of our offer or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you in detail about the respective processes below. We also specify the defined criteria for the storage period.


We have undertaken technical and organization measures, which ensure that the data protection rules are complied with. As followed, we describe the type, scope and purpose of collecting, processing and utilizing personal data. This policy does not apply to other pages you are routed by links on our pages.


In the following we inform about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data are all data that are personally identifiable to you, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.


Every access to our web pages and every download of a file deposited on our web pages will be logged for in-house system-relevant and statistical purposes. We will record the following data, which are technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to guarantee stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO):

These data are not used for your identification. Your assigned IP address will be stored anonymously. However, we may use the IP address for your identification in case of a suspected misuse.


Other than that, we will only log personal data if you give this information voluntarily, for example if you contact us by e-mail or a contact form. If you have provided personal data, we use it only to reply to your questions or for technical administration.


We explicitly confirm that no transmission to third parties, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, takes place.

Cookies

To optimize the use of our web pages we use so-called session cookies. These are small text files stored on your local computer. They contain no personalized data and are deleted after you close the browser. You can block cookies by disabling cookies in your browser settings. That can limit the functionality of our web pages.
